Welding Curtain Wall Benefits

Industrial welding curtain walls are designed to resist flying sparks from arc welding and grinding operations. They are UV blocking to protect your eyes from indirect viewing.

We can supply a wide range of welding curtains in several standard sizes or the welding curtain can be custom-made according to the client’s specifications. Unless otherwise stated, all welding curtains have the following characteristics:

• complies with EN1598, AWS F2.3 and ISO 25980
• produced from approx. 0.40 mm (0.016'') thick PVC
• fully sealed seam all-around with a 5 cm (2'') wide seam
• have very strong synthetic suspension eyelets embedded in the top seam
• have snap-fasteners on both sides spaced at 40 cm (16'') one above the other to enable the user to connect the curtains
• can supplied with a set of steel suspension rings (for tube Ø 33,7 mm (1.32''))
• welding curtains are made with 5 cm (2'') tolerance on the provided measurement 
• 3 brands available: SINOTEC, CEPRO and WELDAS curtains 
• available in 4 different colours and transparencies
