The Polar Grade Clear PVC Strips are distinguished into two categories: polar and superpolar. 

The Polar PVC Strips are suitable for areas where the air temperature is between -25 ° C and + 20 ° C.

The Polar PVC strips have ideal consistency and flexibility in this temperature range. Approximately below -25 °C degrees the strips start to freeze and harden. In extreme cases, under mechanical stress they may break off. Above + 20 °C the strips begin to soften and tend to stick.

Therefore, the polar PVC strips are recommended to use mainly in freezers, cars with freezer, and also in the exterior and for openings between exterior and interior where the air temperature does not drop below -25 °C and does not exceed + 20 °C (eg autumn-winter-spring period). 

The Superpolar PVC Strips are suitable for areas where the air temperature is between -60 ° C and + 0 ° C.

The Superpolar PVC strips have ideal consistency and flexibility in this temperature range. Approximately below - 60 °C degrees the strips start to freeze and harden. In extreme cases, under mechanical stress they may break off. Above + 0 °C the strips begin to soften and tend to stick.

Therefore, the polar PVC strips are recommended to use mainly in freezers and quick freezers.
